WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE WALLPAPER?
Printing wallpaper is an advanced process and on rare occasions, mistakes can be made. Always check the wallpaper before installation to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you start installing the wallpaper, and we will replace this for you free of charge. In all events, the limit of liability for any fault or defect in the product shall be to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods, and the seller shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential loss howsoever arising. It is important that the provided instructions are followed to ensure the best results are achieved. We also recommend you use adhesive that is designed specifically for non-woven wallpapers.
HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN OR REFUND
You have the right to return or exchange your item provided you give us written notice within 7 days from when you receive your order. You can email us at email@example.com
On receipt of your notice of cancellation one of our customer service members will contact you in regard to the refund amount.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure trackable shipper and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. We will refund the full value of your order within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card account or paypal account. Shipping costs for return delivery will not be refunded for items that are not faulty or wrongly delivered. Please note refunds may take up to 10 days to process depending on your card issuer.
