Delivery Information


Samples are sent by Australia post air mail and are usually dispatched within 3 days of purchase. Please note this service is not tracked, and Australia Post allow up to 15 business days for delivery.

An email confirmation will be sent once your sample leaves our office.


When you order the wallpaper through our website, we usually manufacture the very next day. Your order is sent immediately by our shipping partner UPS. Depending on the country, the average delivery time is about 2-7 days.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with details to track your parcel.


Payment for items is to be made in AUD and all prices for items and delivery are inclusive of any necessary Australian GST. The price you pay for items and delivery will always be the same regardless of whether a GST charge is applicable at point of sale.

If you have ordered an item for delivery to another country, Australian GST will be charged on the item and the delivery.


Items delivered to countries outside of Sweden may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges that are imposed by local legislation. The receiver of the item will be responsible for any of these charges accumulated by ordering for delivery to their chosen country. The receiver would usually receive a bill from customs once the item has been delivered.

Wallpapers purchased on the website are manufactured by Jimmy Cricket in Sweden and sent without intermediaries to you or your business.

The prices on the website include GST.


Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Always check your order confirmation so that everything looks OK. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service immediately. Please save the order confirmation which includes you customer and order number in case you need to contact us. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible.

We will not refund any additional costs that may arise due to a product that is damaged, faulty or defective, such as extra work, materials or the like. It is up to the customer to check the product before installing it. We do not reimburse for faulty installations. If any dispute arises, the public complaints committee recommendations will be followed.
