Please note that as our wallpaper is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. So, when you receive your wallpaper, make sure that you have all the lengths and that none are defective or damaged. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are, OF COURSE, returned and exchanged free of charge. The wallpaper must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

All our beautiful products are produced and shipped from Sweden, and once the order has been shipped, the courier will send you an email with tracking details. Some countries may ask for local customs and duties, which you need to pay to the courier upon or before delivery. For specific information for your country, please contact the local authorities.
Please note at the moment shipping will take a little longer with the EU Summer holidays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you have a rush order please contact us to check times.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR SAMPLES?
Our wallpaper samples are A3 (29.7cm x 42cm) and sent folded in half so that the envelope can fit through a standard letterbox.
The samples either feature a downscaled version of the full design, or a full-scale representation of a specific part of the design. In both cases, the samples will provide a good feel for the colours and material.
WHEN WILL MY SAMPLE ARRIVE
EU sample orders will arrive in 2-5 working days and international sample orders can take up to 2weeks. If you need faster delivery on a sample, please email info@jimmycricket.com.au and we’ll do our best to get this to you more quickly.
